We are proud to present “WILD,” a special wine dinner featuring the acclaimed wines of Austin Hope Winery, thoughtfully paired with a menu crafted by Chef de Cuisine Aaron Collins.
For one night only, Chef Collins will showcase a creative, seasonally inspired menu that highlights rustic elegance and untamed flavors, designed to complement the expressive character of Austin Hope’s celebrated Paso Robles wines. Each course will be expertly paired to elevate both the dish and the glass, creating a dining experience that is both adventurous and refined. Guests will enjoy an intimate evening of storytelling, hospitality and culinary exploration while supporting Café Momentum’s mission of empowering justice-involved youth through mentorship, education and workforce development.
