Charitable pop-up sensation Cafe Momentum has found a permanent home downtown, and the kitchen of talented young men led by Chad Houser, Eric Shelton, and Justin Box is putting out refined dishes like smoked carrot pappardelle with mole chicken sausage and octopus tiradito with aji amarillo.
