Celebrate local farms with some of Dallas’ top chefs and the culinary geniuses behind Café Momentum!
Each month, a different local guest chef will take over our kitchen to make a one-time-only meal using produce from a selected local farm they wish to highlight. Ticket prices include a multi-course family-style dinner and beer or wine. Doors open at 6 p.m.
Our February dinner features returning guest, Pableaux Johnson. Our interns really enjoyed working with Pableaux and requested that he come back. Join us for an evening of Lousiana food and Monday night misbehavior (which we’ll allow this once)!
